Live theatre has always played an important role in Brent’s life, from playing Ebenezer Scrooge in high school to regular “improv” nights with Drama clubs. Brent went on to study acting at Capilano University in North Vancouver where he had the opportunity to act in and stage manage a number of plays at the Arts Club Theatre in Vancouver. Later, he became more involved in arts administration, and was the marketing and sponsorship coordinator for Intrepid Theatre Society, which supported many Cowichan Fringe Festivals and produced Victoria’s very first Fringe Festival. Brent looks forward very much to this season’s offerings and would like to thank you for continuing to support our theatre programs here at the Empress!
