Concert IV
The second of our collaborative concerts with the Calgary Philharmonic Orchestra's New Music Festival. Our contribution is the world premiere of the Montague viola concerto that the Empress Theatre co-commissioned with the Calgary Philharmonic Orchestra. This piece features our own music director, the virtuosos Rivka Golani and conductor Melanie Leonard of the Calgary Philharmonic Orchestra.

NEW: A bus is now available to be taken from the Empress Theatre to the Grand Theatre in Calgary for this performance only. The cost is only $25 for the bus ride and $30 for the concert ticket or $12 for students. Bus leaves the Empress Theatre north parking lot at 3:30 p.m. to arrive in downtown Calgary around 5:30 p.m., from there concert goers can have dinner at one of seven nearby restaurants before the concert. The bus will leave Calgary after the concert.
